Low-Calorie Snack: Kroger Carbmaster Vanilla Yogurt

When I am craving something sweet but low in carbs, I usually reach for Kroger Carbmaster Vanilla Yogurt. At only 60 calories and 4 carbs, it is a nice treat at the end of lunch or dinner. Throw in some fresh fruit or a little honey and you've got yourself a filling snack to get over the mid-day hump.


I have found a lot of new low-calorie recipes using greek yogurt, but since I hate the taste of greek yogurt, I may test some out using this yogurt instead.
