A new delicious on-the-go lunch option: Taco Bell's Cantina Bowl! Taco Bell just started this Cantina Bell menu from Chef Lorena Garcia. Normally, I try to avoid Taco Bell, but I had to see if the new Cantina Bowl was as good as it looked!
This yummy little flavor bowl has citrus-herb marinated chicken, black beans, guacamole, roasted corn & pepper salsa, a creamy cilantro dressing, and freshly prepared pico de gallo. Normally, it has rice, but I ordered it without to cut out the carbs and extra calories. With rice, it weighs in at 560 calories, but without rice, it is a more manageable 320 calories. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
