Talk about a punch of flavor! I absolutely love the Berry Almond Chicken Salad at Wendy's. My sister turned me onto it and I cannot believe it works into my diet. It is sweet, crunchy, full of flavor and perfect for lunch.
For only 280 calories for the half-size, I sometimes grab a full-size for dinner (460 calories). This is a nice alternative to the grocery store salads I usually have in my refrigerator because the chicken is flavorful and is easy when I am on the go and need to do a drive-thru run.
