I had some leftover chicken from my last few recipes that I needed to figure out how to cook, so here is what I came up with! Only three ingredients and only 123 calories per serving! Compare this to 250-400 calories per serving when you buy it from a takeout place.
Low Cal So Cal's Teriyaki Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 chicken kabob skewers) (1 lb.)
2.5 tablespoons of Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 tablespoon of Spice World Minced Garlic
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cube chicken breasts or remove kabobs from the skewer.
2. Place chicken, marinade and garlic in a bowl and toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
3. Let sit for 20 minutes for chicken to soak up the marinade.
4. Place entire mixture (including sauce) into saute pan and cook on medium heat. Turn chicken after 3-5 minutes to ensure chicken is cooked through. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
5. Remove chicken from pan using fork, chopsticks or tongs so that leftover sauce remains in pan. Bon apetit!

I ate this with a side of corn, but it would be good with salad or brown rice. For less salty flavor, reduce the marinade to 2 tablespoons.
